Policies and Procedure for a Grand Knight to Request a Color Corp Call-Out for Funeral Services

STEP ONE: Confirm Eligibility

• Only a family member can make the request to the Grand Knight to have the Color Corp present for the funeral service of a deceased Knight, his Wife, Father, Mother, or Child who is living in the same household. 

• The Grand Knight is responsible for determining if the Knight is in good standing, (A practicing Catholic and living up to the Oaths of his Degree/s). 

STEP TWO: Download CC-CO-F  Template in Red below and print it out.  This will be your worksheet for collecting the necessary information.

• The Grand Knight is responsible for obtaining all necessary information to completely fill out the On-Line Color Corp Call-Out Request Form.  The Grand Knight should download the above corresponding template and print it out.  Then gather all pertinent information from the family prior to filling out the below CC-CO-F On-Line Request for Color Corp Call-Out Form for a Funeral Service. 

STEP THREE: When the CC-CO-F worksheet is completed. 

• Once all pertinent information from the family has been gathered, the Grand Knight must fill out the On-Line Color Corp Call-Out Request Form below.

• The Faithful Navigator will then review the information and approve or deny the request based on the information provided on the request form. The Faithful Navigator will only have communications with Grand Knight who is making the request.
